Since bbTracker doesn't have any username to enter anywhere, I assume you've mistaken the application. You are probably talking about the BlackBerry? GPS Tracker found at  http://blackberrytracker.com/

Unfortunately it's got a very similar name and does slightly similar things, but it's still a different piece of software.
