cannot exit application

Using on Curve 8320 with Freedom Keychain 2000 bluetooth GPS.

About half the time I will be using the app fine but then I try and quit and it does not work. I go into the menu and select Exit, and it gives the warning sound and asks if I want to exit, and I click that I do but nothing happens. Using the escape button does nothing. I can hit the end key to go to the home screen but bbTracker continues to run. I have to do a battery pull to exit the program.

I am running bbTracker on a Tour 9630 with built-in GPS. Everything works fine except I have the same issue with the "Quit" on Exit option.
