Non-Fatal Exception on BB8800 using lates 5/2 build

I have set the export directory for tracks on my BB to SDCard/Blackberry/GPS/, however whenever I try to load a track (and about 1/2 the time when I want to save a track) I received the following error:

"Non-fatal Exception Non-fatal Exception while getting list of stored tracks: No Track Directory Set, please configure it on the Options screen."

And then, when I review the options screen, the directory is indeed in the options screen.
