Add GPS access via Bluetooth API

Description

It seems that the location API implementation on BlackBerrys does not handle disconnects of bluetooth GPS pucks ideally. Other programs seem to access those via the BT API and not via the location API in order to have more control over the reconnection behaviour.

Maybe bbTracker should choose that way as well.

bbTracker now supports getting GPS data from an external GPS puck, even without the Location API.
