Can you add marine units ie Knots

I'm reducint this bug to just cover the part about marine units, as an issue should only contain a single task. The ability to create waypoints is already covered by bug #30 (if you want to add something to this topic, please post a comment there).

I'm using nautical miles as defined by Wikipedia: 1 nm = 1852 meter

According to John Clark on blackberryforums.com the usual measurement units are:

Speed= "knots" or nm/h (nautical miles per hour i.e "460 nm/h" or "460 kts") length/distance= nm (nautical miles i.e. "50.1 nm") Altitude = feet
