Error message and corrupted .bbt file

I have been using your software for some time, and I have to say that it is quite useful. But I have been dealing with a problem since the beginning. And now that I have found a pattern will try to explain it to you.

The problem is that every time that my tracks go over 650 to 700 points, and I try to stop them, the program closes giving me and error message (I haven't take note of the exact message sorry, but I remember that it is some memory problem) after that I can see the bbt file but it can't be loaded or exported. The thing is that I tried to replicate the problem here in my desk so I could take note of the message (most of the times I am driving without pen and paper while I get the error message), and let the program go up to 1500 points, stopped the tracking, and it didn't give me any error. I used the software again in the street the day before yesterday and every time I stopped after the 650 points "frontier", it gave me error messages. The only conclusion that I can make from this different behaviour, is that the small size of the "desk tracking" image (it has many points but the image in the screen is quite small) may be the cause. I don't know if you think the same way, and If you could include an option to disable the image drawing (I am mapping tracking for the OpenStreetMap? project so I don't need to see the images in the phone).

I have a BlackBerry? 8100 with the 4.2.1.109 OS. The smartphone has a 2GB MicroSD card with 261 free Megabytes (the .bbt files are stored here). The internal memory has 21 free Megabytes.

Another "Unfinished" file. It's really weird but tonight many tracks gave me a "program not responding" error when I stopped them. But all of them (Except this one) were saved succesfully.
